Treat yourself with these delicious Blue Crab Cakes
Ingredients
1 pound (One can of Marina Gourmet Blue Crab Super Lump)
1 egg
¼ cup of mayonnaise
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Paprika
⅛ tsp salt
1 tbs chopped Parsley
⅔ cup saltine cracker crumbss
Combine and mix well all ingredients (except the Blue Crab Super Lump) in a glass, ceramic or stainless steel bowl.
Add the saltine cracker crumbs and the Blue Crab Super Lump and mix again.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Brush each cake with melted butter and bake at 450°F until lightly browned.
Serve and enjoy.
