A twist to the traditional Mac & Cheese.
Give this dish a nice seafood touch with blue crab Bantam Lump and a little crumble on top. No matter which cheese you use, your mac and cheese will be amazing.
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 6 Oz (One can of Marina Gourmet Jumbo Lump)
- 6 Oz Elbow Macaroni
- 6 Oz Boiling Water
- 6 Oz Evaporated Milk
- 1 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoons Paprika
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 Oz Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Oz Monterey Jack Cheese
- Bread Crumbs
Add the Elbow Macaroni to a pot and bring to a boil.
Add the Evaporated Milk to the Macaroni. Stir gently and constantly for 3-5 minutes until bubbling.
Add 1 teaspoon of paprika, and incorporate. Add salt and pepper and stir until thickened and smooth.
Grate the Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese. Remove from heat and add cheese. Mix until the cheese is completely integrated.
Gently stir in 6 Oz of Marina Gourmet Jumbo Lump Blue Crab Meat to the mix and incorporate. Spoon into desired containers.
Sprinkle lightly with crumb topping. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until sauce is bubbly and top is golden brown.
